With the amazing Spring weather we had this past weekend - there were lots of people out and about starting to talk about their lawns, grass, and weeds!
Mid-Cape Home Centers is carrying Scotts Super Turf Builder lawn fertilizer which is not available in any Big Box store. We chose this product over the line that Home Depot carries because it is a superior product that will give you better results and contains a higher yield of nutrients.
Believe it or not, getting a beautiful lawn is easier than you think ... just follow the steps!
Right now is the time to use Super Turf Builder fertilizer. (it's March) You should fertilize in 6 week increments.
Step 1 (Super Turf Builder with Halts) apply when forsythias are in bloom.
Step 2 (Super Turf Builder with Weed Preventer) apply when dandelions are in bloom.
Step 3 (Super Turf Builder with Summerguard) apply when ants are present.
Step 4 (Super Turf Builder with Winterguard) is applied in late fall and one of the most important for a healthy lawn come spring.
Red Flag “Do Not” plant grass seed when applying lawn fertilizer.
