Job Description:	Mid-Cape Home Centers has an immediate opening for a Director of Finance. The successful candidate will have BS in accounting or finance, MBA and /or CPA highly desirable. 10 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferable in retail and/or building materials industry. PC proficiency is essential. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including reporting systems. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of results-oriented.
