Welcome to your official resource page for Mid-Cape’s 2nd Annual First Responder Appreciation Day Event, taking place Saturday, July 27th 11am-2pm. This community fundraising event supports a cause for which we care deeply.  In hosting this family fun event, we aim to join together with you in giving back to our local first responders! All funds raised from the food, drinks, stool building, scavenger hunt, and much more, will be donated in direct support of our local first responders. Who: Mid-Cape Home Centers

What: 2nd Annual First Responder Appreciation Day – A community fundraising event

When: Saturday, July 27th from 11:00am until 2:00pm

Where: Mid-Cape Home Centers at 465 Route 134, South Dennis, MA 02660

Why: Mid-Cape’s motto is ‘Experience that Builds.’ This means that we are passionate about not only quality service and materials, but also about serving the people of our local community. Through this event, we want to give back to those who protect and serve each one of us every single day. All donations and funds raised will go directly to the Sean M. Parking: The event will be taking place in our front parking lot, but there will be volunteers and signs directing guests regarding where to park on the premises.

Entry: There is FREE entry! To purchase drinks and food, there will be tickets for sale at the event entrance. There will also be tickets for sale to enter the raffle, which will include a lot of great items and gift cards from local businesses, so make sure you don’t miss out on your chance to win!

Local community sponsors are crucial to the success of this event. All sponsorship donations will go directly toward making our 2nd Annual First Responder Appreciation Day happen AND to the Sean M. Gannon Fund of the Cape Cod Foundation. Last year, we raised about $6,000 and our goal is to surpass that by a large amount this year. If you, or your business, are interested in sponsoring Mid-Cape's 2nd Annual First Responder Appreciation Day Event, you are in the right place! You will be asked to fill out detailed information about your business, choose which sponsorship level(s) you would like, and provide detailed plans for your sponsorship. We can't wait for you to be a part of this event taking place July 27th!
By printing your name here, you are completing an electronic signature as a representative of your organization, and you are agreeing to be a sponsor of the 2nd Annual First Responder Appreciation Day Event taking place July 27th, 2019. You are also agreeing to fulfill all responsibilities and requirements pertaining to the level(s) of sponsorship you have chosen based on the information on the Sponsorship Levels listed below. You also are agreeing to keep in contact regularly with the Mid-Cape Marketing Team regarding your sponsorship. For any questions or concerns, you may contact the Marketing Team at marketing@midcape.net. Once your form has been received, you will be sent confirmation.

Sponsorship Levels

Raffle or Silent Auction Sponsor: Raffle donations can include items from your business or items purchased by your business to be donated. In both cases, your business’ logo will be placed with its respective ticket box on the raffle table. There is no particular cost associated with this sponsorship level. Please feel free to choose an additional level.

Food Sponsor: Must confirm sponsorship by 6/28/2019. Forms submitted after this date will not be considered. Will be allowed a small vehicle or table at event from which to serve to guests. No cost will be owed. Your food and services will be volunteered, and 100% of the proceeds from food tickets redeemed will go directly to local first responders. Will be mentioned in online video ad for the event.

Community Sponsor: $500

This sponsorship level receives the following benefits

  • Your logo will be included on this page
  • Logo on sponsorship banner at event

Lieutenant Sponsor: $1,000 (limited to 5)

Must confirm sponsorship by 6/28/19. This sponsorship level receives previous benefits and the following benefits

  • Company logo on event flyer
  • Mentioned in all event promo email marketing campaigns
  • Option to provide small promotional banner to be hung at event

Captain Sponsor: $2,500 (limited to 4)

Must confirm sponsorship by 6/28/19. This sponsorship level receives previous benefits and the following benefits

  • Small promotional table at event
  • Recognition on Mid-Cape social media posts about event
  • Logo on event T-Shirts
  • Mention during event commencement announcements

Chief Sponsor: $5,000 (limited to 1)

Must confirm sponsorship by 6/28/19. This sponsorship level receives previous benefits and the following benefits

  • Company mentioned in all event advertising: video, radio, etc.
  • Prime feature in post-event video promos
  • Large logo on event T-Shirts
  • Social media post 100% dedicated to your business and its message
  • Recognized in all media press releases
